- download an application form, print it and send it to us. (address details are on the form)
If you are applying for an Food stall a copy of your hygiene certificate and the WCC Food-stalls form must accompany this application and the hygiene certificate must be prominently displayed on the stall. Meeting any requirements set by the Wellington City Council is the responsibility of the stallholder.
